This isn't your typical whiskey tasting—we're going deep into Jefferson's rare and uncommon offerings, each one thoughtfully paired with a course crafted to complement its unique character.
Your evening begins with Prawn & Avocado Brioche Tea Sandwiches paired with Jefferson's Ocean Wheated, a bourbon that's literally been aged at sea. Next, dive into a Butter Lettuce Salad with brown sugar bacon, bourbon vinaigrette, red apples, candied pecans, and cheddar cheese, perfectly matched with the tropical notes of Jefferson's Tropics.
For the main event, savor a beautifully prepared NY Strip Prime Rib finished with a Jefferson's Twin Oaks whiskey green peppercorn sauce, paired with—you guessed it—Twin Oaks itself. Cap off your meal with a decadent Banana Oat Crumble à la mode drizzled with Jefferson's Rum Cask bourbon sauce, paired with this rum barrel-finished beauty.
