Dave Phinney Wine Pairing Dinner

Dave Phinney has built some of the most recognizable and beloved wine brands in the world — Locations, Orin Swift, The Prisoner — and on Tuesday, April 21st, we're pouring through a curated lineup of his wines alongside a five-course menu designed specifically around them, in partnership with Johnson Brothers Wine & Spirits.

The evening kicks off at 6:00pm with a charcuterie reception and a glass of Locations "F" French Rosé, then moves through four additional courses — shaved snap pea salad, celery root steak with Café de Paris butter, half Cornish hen with apricot glaze, and miniature cheesecakes with sugared berries — each paired with a Phinney wine from the Locations, Orin Swift, and Our Lady of Guadalupe portfolios.

After dinner, the Johnson Brothers team will be on hand with additional wines to sample, and every wine tasted throughout the evening will be available to purchase and take home…
