Entwined is partnering with Carroll Wine & Spirits for an evening dedicated entirely to Burgundy, France — one of the most storied wine regions in the world.
Co-owner Michel Pascal has deep family roots in France, and he's leveraged those relationships over the years to source some of the finest French wines available. For this dinner, he's brought in Mark Kalachnik, a Burgundy specialist traveling in from Indianapolis, to lead the tasting. Mark's insight comes from years of hands-on business with the vineyards themselves — the dinner isn't just a pour-and-describe, it's a chance to hear directly from someone who has walked those vineyards and worked with the people behind the label.
